Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited (HKCMCL), The Information Technology Resource Centre of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (ITRC) and Internet Professional Association (iProA) shared the same vision to build a digitally inclusive community. With the funding support from Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), the District Cyber Centres Alliance (“DCCA”) is formed to help narrow the digital divide and integrate the target beneficiary groups into the information society.
