Mr. To Cheung is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of UDomain Web Hosting Company Ltd. Being in the web hosting and domain registration industry since its boom in 1998, he has been leading UDomain to grow rapidly in the APAC region.

To is a founding member of Hong Kong Web Hosting Association (HKWHA), the primary advocate for the industry. He was Chairman in Year 2002-2003, and is vice-chairman in Year 2003-2004. Through open dialog, he brings together the insiders under the auspices of HKWHA, which serves as a perfect forum to promote collaborative work so as to benefit the web hosting and domain name service industry.

Further to his expertise and deep experience in the field, To is a Registered Corporate Coach of Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). He is providing business coaching and consulting services on a part-time basis.

To holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce from University of British Columbia . He is Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and DISC Personality Profile Administrator.

Russell Chan
Chief Technical Officer

Being an IT professional with over 6 years of experience in hosting related fields, Russell's expertise lies in client project development as well as network implementation. He has led a team of network professionals to implement a sophisticated web hosting structure with the code name - H-I-R-E . Built around advanced technologies such as load balancing and clustering, H-I-R-E is able to customize comprehensive hosting solutions to fulfill almost any hosting needs that exist nowadays, and to maintain over 99.9% up time of our services. Russell holds a Bachelor's Degree of Management Information System from Baylor University of Texas in the U.S.A.

Queenie Chung
General Manager

Queenie Chung has over 10 years of experience in customer service industry. Prior to joining UDomain, Queenie has been working in Hospital Authority and MTR Corporation for customer related aspect. In UDomain, she manages the day-to-day operation to serve over 10,000 clients and she is specialized in the aspects of domain name litigation.

Queenie was appointed to be the members of the Panel of Advisers on Film Censorship for Television and Entertainment Licensing Authority in order to reflect contemporary community attitudes and current standards acceptability of the public.

Queenie was graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree of Arts.
