Data Centre Environment 
Terms and Conditions:
- In case of service termination, Customer should submit a written notice to UDomain Web Hosting Company Ltd. 30 days prior to termination date. Upon termination, Customer should ensure the server(s) are in the original configuration ante-usage by Customer. All software and hardware installed in server(s) by Customer should be removed.
- UDomain will not be responsible for the any claims, losses, complaints or legal actions caused by installation of hardware, free software or licensed/copyrighted software by Customer, including the third party server administration software licensed through UDomain.
- Use of UDomain's network for the purpose of spamming (unsolicited bulk emailing) or spamming through other Internet service providers on UDomain's servers is strictly prohibited. UDomain reserves all rights to terminate the service immediately without any prior notice to Customer if such acts cause any deficiencies on UDomain's network or complaints from other Internet service providers or from Internet users.
- Any use of UDomain's networking facilities for unlawful purposes, including distribution, transmission of publication of trade secrets, pornographic materials, copyrighted materials, or contents which are classified by law to be threatening, obscene or profane, are strictly prohibited. UDomain will not be responsible for any claims, losses, complaints or legal actions caused by Customer' delivery of such materials on UDomain's servers.
